Morning Session
Shisha mirror embroidery is particular to India where small, usually round mirrors are attached to the fabric using stitching. This workshop will introduce you to different ways of using shisha mirrors. You will be able to take inspiration from some examples for your own stitched sample. This could be developed into your own project such as a special greetings card or small bag.
What to bring:
You will be provided with some fabric, shisha mirrors and embroidery threads. Please bring some sewing tools and small fabric scissors if you have them.
Also available in the afternoon.
