'Behind the Scenes' visit to Central Library. Manchester

We know you love to go ‘behind the scenes’ and this year, for our December event, we’ve arranged a special tour of the Central Library, Manchester with lunch afterwards at Manchester Art Gallery.

It’s a great time to catch up with Friends before the festivities begin and the chance to visit two wonderful Manchester buildings.

There will be the option of a 'festive' lunch and a vegetarian meal and further details will be sent out at the beginning of November. 

The morning will begin meting  at 10.50 in the main library entrance on St Peter's Square for our 11.00am tour and finishes at 12.30. Lunch across the square is for 1.00pm in the gallery cafe. There will be a regular festive and vegetarian option and menus will be sent out in November. Please email if you require a gluten-free or vegan meal.
