Akiko Saxophone Quartet: Jasmine Brown, Matthew Hodson

The Akiko Quartet is not limited to any genre of music, and enjoy challenging themselves regularly, by performing classical, jazz, bebop, and contemporary repertoire. Although the group has only been performing together for a year, in this short time, the Akiko Quartet has performed in multiple concerts at the RNCM and were finalists in the Fewkes Chamber Prize in March of 2022.

This upcoming year, the Akiko Quartet have numerous events planned, including a performance of Opus California by Sally Beamish, in an upcoming concert series at the RNCM.
