JOIN THE FRIENDS OF THE WHITWORTH
Join the Friends of the Whitworth and share with other members our passion for the Whitworth Art Gallery and its world class collections.
Our current subscription is £35 for individual membership and £60 for joint membership (2 people at one address). The payment method is Direct Debit, which is the easiest for us to administer and is the most secure for you as it is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme. You will be free to cancel your Direct Debit at any time should you wish to cease your membership.
We are a volunteer led and run charity, so nearly all your subscription goes to support the Gallery.
Here are some of the things that you can enjoy-
- Exclusive curator talks and lectures.
- A variety of events: behind the scenes tours, concerts, talks, our Look Clubs and visits at home and abroad.
- Knowing that you are supporting the acquisition of new works, the sponsorship of exhibitions and programmes, and the further development of the gallery
- A 20% discount in the Whitworth Shop and a 10% discount in the Gallery's Cafe in the Trees, as well as a 10% discount in the shop at the Manchester Art Gallery
